  University of Charleston Riggleman Hall   A sighting of a female student that had committed suicide has been reported as well as numerous feelings of not being alone, strange shadows and sounds.

  Babcock State Park Cabin #13   Although strange occurences have been reported throughout the park most center around cabin #13. This activity is thought to be connected to a woman who was murdered by her gay preacher husband who did not want the church or his congregation to find out.

  Glenville State College Pickens Hall   Shadowy figures have been seen walking through the main lobby as well as reports of furniture being moved. Sounds from the ceilings of the dorm rooms of something being dropped and then rolling across the floor have also been reported.

  Glenville State College Clark & Louis Bennett Hall   A ghost by the name of Sis Lynn is known to walk the halls and visit residents in Louis Bennett Hall. She also has been seen walking across the grounds between the Clark and Louis Bennett Halls. Her grave is located behind the Louis Bennett Hall.

  Harpers Ferry National Park   The ghost of John Brown walking his dog has been reported numerous times.

  Hilltop Hotel   Both guests and staff have reported the ghosts of soldiers marching through the rooms and around the outside of the hotel.

  5th street Hill   For over fifty years now there have been reports of a woman standing at the top of the hill when it is raining and after midnight thumbing a ride. A few minutes after being given a ride she vanishes from the inside of the vehicle into thin air. The ghost is thought to be that of a young bride who was killed in a car accident (when it was raining) on her way to her wedding.
