Dream Enhancing Crystals
It is possible to enhance your dream experience (both the dreams themselves and your ability to dream meaningfully) with the use of crystals. There are two basic ways you can do this. Simply slip the relevant crystal inside the pillowcase before you go to sleep or, as some people prefer, wear a lightweight glove to bed (left hand) with the crystal inside it.
Obviously you should choose a crystal that is suitable for your needs. You may be quite surprised how much it helps with dreams and the therapeutic benefits that result. If necessary crystals can be used in combination.

Clear Quartz: Problem Solving: Clear quartz is particularly useful when you have issues that need a better understanding or resolution. will help you to be more focused and grounded during waking hours.
Hematite: Healing: Hematite is useful for those whose dreams are troubled through hurt and lack of healing.
Jade: Love - Romance: Jade is a good choice of crystal where matters of the heart are concerned. Also good for experiencing dreams with a positive energy. Can be used on its own or in conjunction with rose quartz.
Lapis Lazuli: Psychic Enhancement: Lapis lazuli is a good choice for those who wish to expand there psychic abilities and spiritual understanding.
Rose Quartz: Romance: Rose quartz is a good choice of crystal where matters of the heart are concerned. Also good for experiencing dreams with a positive energy. Can be used on its own or in conjunction with jade.
If, after a while, you find that a particular crystal no longer seems to have an effect for you don't worry. It simply means that you have outgrown the need at that time for that particular crystal. Should circumstances change and the need arises again go ahead and use it.
